To enhance synergy among congregations by facilitating effective communication, fostering partnerships, and promoting cooperative initiatives that align with the mission and values of the church, ultimately strengthening the collective impact on the community.
- Allocation of Resources
To ensure the equitable and efficient distribution of resources among church entities, enabling them to effectively execute their missions and initiatives while maximizing their impact within the community.
- Promotion of Best Practices
To identify, share, and implement best practices among church entities, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement that enhances the spread of the gosple and operational effectiveness throughout the fostercare to community.
- Reporting and Accountability.
To establish transparent reporting mechanisms and accountability measures that ensure all church entities comply with regulatory standards, monitor performance, and maintain the trust of stakeholders through regular updates on activities and outcomes.
- Conflict Resolution
To facilitate constructive dialogue and mediation among church entities/ members and entities, promoting understanding and collaboration while effectively resolving disputes to maintain harmony and unity within the church community.
